Research On Risk Prevention And Control Management Of Integrityin Highway Departments

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,anti-corruption work has attracted wide attention and great attention.The Party Central Committee's determination to treat the disease with vigorous drugs and severe punishment,and the courage of scraping bones and curing poisons and broken wrists persist in fighting "tigers" and "flies" together.The anti-corruption struggle presents a new trend.For many years,under the leadership of the Highway Bureau of Shandong Transportation Department,the Dezhou City Highway Bureau has attached great importance to the construction of a clean and honest Party style and anti-corruption work,and adopted many effective measures.However,compared with the requirements of the central and provincial governments,there are still many problems compared with the eApectations of the whole society and the people.Highway departments are responsible for highway construction,maintenance,toll collection,highway law enforcement and other functions,so it is difficult to completely avoid the risk of corruption.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the risk prevention and control of clean government,strengthen the anti-corruption struggle and enhance the awareness of clean government among cadres and workers.The theory of risk prevention and control of clean government combines modern management theories such as anti-corruption and advocating clean government,risk management and total quality management,which provides a new way to prevent corruption.This paper mainly through literature research and empirical analysis and other methods to study,combing out the theory of risk prevention and control of clean government.Taking the risk prevention and control system of highway system in A city of Shandong Province as an example,it comprehensively summarizes the achievements made by highway departments in A city in the prevention and control of clean government risk,finds out the existing problems,and analyses the reasons,and puts forward further improvement and perfection of highway system in A city.The thinking and Countermeasures of the anti-corruption work of the bureau have demonstrated the urgency and necessity of the highway department to carry out the work of risk prevention and control of clean government,thus eliminating the potential dangers in the budding state and promoting the healthy and stable development of the highway department.
