Research On Social Mutual Assistance Model And Supervision Based On Internet Platform

With the popularization of fintech,public charity under the background of Internet plus has developed rapidly.The combination of the Internet and charity makes the development of China's public charity has a qualitative leap.The traditional social charity donation is limited by geographical space and other external conditions.However,the network public welfare crowdfunding,which is developed with the help of Internet technology,can well solve the limitations of traditional social donation.The development of the crowdfunding industry looks brilliant,but there are also some deficiencies.First,personal integrity of citizens needs to be improved.China is still at a weak stage in the field of citizen credit,and the domestic public is generally lack of trust,and there are all kinds of concerns about donating money to strangers.At the same time,nonprofit crowdfunding is a new model of donation that the public has limited understanding of.Second,the audit mechanism of public welfare crowdfunding platforms is not strict.The audit mechanism of most crowdfunding platforms is set up by themselves.Lacking of rigor in the audit process leads to audit problems and false information passing the audit.At present,there are many problems such as fraud and financing risk,because the public interest crowdfunding platform only emphasizes the social contract relationship.Therefore,how to reduce the risk and help those who really need help is the main purpose of our research.This paper analyzes the social mutual assistance mode--public welfare crowdfunding under the background of Internet technology from six parts,and takes the case of serious illness crowdfunding for specific analysis,hoping to clearly clarify the advantages and disadvantages of public welfare crowdfunding,so that public welfare crowdfunding can make its due contribution to China's social security cause.The first part is mainly about the theoretical analysis of this paper from the aspects of background,significance,research progress at home and abroad.In the second part,the author analyzes the serious disease medical security in China,and finds out the direct reasons for public crowdfunding.In the third part,the public welfare crowdfunding initiated due to serious diseases is explored,and the public welfare crowdfunding's help to patients with serious diseases,the current situation of the public welfare platform for the relief of serious diseases and the factors affecting the donation of public welfare crowdfunding for serious diseases are analyzed.The fourth part analyzes the problems faced by public welfare crowdfunding in the rescue of serious diseases,such as donor fraud,lack of integrity,opaque operation platform information and imperfect relevant legal system.The fifth part puts forward practical suggestions from the perspective of some successful public funding models and government policies,so that public funding can develop and grow better.The sixth part is the summary of public funding and the prospect of future public funding for serious diseases.
