| Starting from the introduction of zombie firms,in order to realize the rational disposal of zombie firms and the effective implementation of specific work,and achieve high-quality economic development goals,from the State Council to domestic and foreign scholars,we have conducted detailed research on zombie firms.However,the zombie firms only has a single identification from the credit problem,the asset problem or the income problem,and has not yet formed a unified identification method.In the disposal of zombie firms,the “one size fits all” policy is applied to all enterprises identified as “zombie”,which is extremely harmful to enterprises with development potential or resurrection.Taking the zombie firms' identification method as the starting point,this paper considers the zombie index of zombie firms' long-term and blood-sucking characteristics,and analyzes the quantitative characteristics of the zombie degree of Inner Mongolia enterprises from different angles.At the same time,from the perspective of factor allocation and government intervention,this paper studies how to implement efficient and reasonable classification of zombie firms in Inner Mongolia.This paper uses the combined evaluation method to comprehensively evaluate the eight classical identification methods of zombie firms,so as to realize the construction of the Zombie index in Inner Mongolia.This method not only incorporates the formation characteristics of various aspects of zombie firms into the scope of research,but also effectively warns of the increase in the degree of zombie of enterprise.From the numerical characteristics of the zombie index of Inner Mongolia enterprises,the average value of the zombie index of enterprises is more consistent with the trend of the average proportion of zombie firms,so the average value of the zombie index can explain the overall level of zombie degree of Inner Mongolia enterprises more reasonably.At the same time,the analysis of the numerical characteristics of the zombie index of Inner Mongolia enterprises through different layers,this paper finds that the overall level of enterprise zombie index changes periodically with years;private enterprises,medium and micro enterprises,and enterprises with long life spans have higher zombie level;the zombie index of manufacturing and resource industries in Inner Mongolia is higher;the problem of zombie level in enterprises in western Inner Mongolia is more serious.The zombie index not only scientifically and effectively describes the situation of zombie firms in Inner Mongolia,but also provides a basis for how to implement classified disposal of zombie firms.In this paper,the empirical analysis of the factors affecting the zombie index of Inner Mongolia enterprises,firstly,measures the efficiency of factor allocation and the degree of government intervention as independent variables.In the calculation of factor allocation efficiency,it is found that the difference between the zombie firms and the normal enterprise in the efficiency of technological progress is more obvious.Secondly,the panel threshold model is used to conduct an empirical analysis of the Zombie Index of Inner Mongolia enterprises based on factor allocation and government intervention.The empirical results show that,the problem of zombie level of enterprises in the western of Inner Mongolia is more serious,which is necessary to reduce the degree of zombie firms by improving market vitality and developing technological innovation;the problem of zombie level in enterprises in the central and eastern regions is relatively light,which is necessary to resolve the problem of enterprise zombies by encouraging enterprises to develop themselves and improve resource reallocation efficiency.Based on these,the problems of classified disposal of zombie firms in Inner Mongolia are realized.Finally,a case study is used to verify the feasibility and validity of the empirical results. |
