Research On Legislation In View Of Legalization Of Local Governance

The rise of local legislation in China has the value of the times,and has made brilliant achievements in the local area,reflecting the different characteristics of vast territory.Local laws and regulations are not only the embodiment of the local method,but also an important part of the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics,and promote the governance of the local political economy and society.However,the problem of inconsistency with governance in the process of the rise of local legislation,the merits and demerits of the system under the rapid expansion of power,and the implementation of the predicament make the legislative activities at risk,which in turn leads to a slow process of governance.The reason is that the local legislation are wrong with the governance,it is the legislative and departmental trend,and it is the lack of legislative value of the diversified governance of interests.This paper observes the operation of legislation from the perspective of the rule of law in local governance.It is a unique way to explore methods to solve these problems.It will be great significance for safeguarding the unity of the country's legal system and safeguarding citizens'rights.From the perspective of local governance rule of law,based on the local legislative power and local governance theory,also combined with the relevant theories in the constitutional field,still summarizes the risks and challenges faced by legislative activities under local governance.We believes that regulating the implementation of local legislative activities,have to deal with the mistakes of the subject of governance of the local legislation first.Then,find the balance of legislative autonomy in the legislative value orientation;In the end,we should appropriately emphasize the governance of other normative documents.It is the long-term mechanism for maintaining an interaction between legislation and governance,it can also establish a cyclical constraint and mutual promotion.
