An Empirical Study On Administrative Law Enforcement Of Cultural Relics In Xinyang City

Cultural relics are the most direct witness to the development of human history,contain rich historical and cultural information,and are precious spiritual and cultural treasures of human beings.In order to better protect the diversity of cultural heritage of all ethnic groups,the Chinese government has intensified its management of cultural relics and established a cultural relics management department,which is responsible for carrying out administrative enforcement of cultural relics to ensure the safety of cultural relics.Although some achievements have been made in the administrative law enforcement of cultural relics in Xinyang City,due to their late start,there are still some problems in the law enforcement process and they are still in a process of constant exploration and improvement.From the content point of view,this article can be roughly divided into three parts: introduction,text,and conclusion.Its structure is as follows:The introduction part is mainly from the background of the topic,the significance of the selected topic,the literature review research method,and the technical route.It aims to explain clearly the reasons for the topic selection,the research status of the topic and the author's writing ideas.The body part includes 7 chapters.This section first took a step-by-step approach to a more detailed study of the definition and elements of administrative enforcement of cultural relics.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey,the elements of administrative law enforcement of cultural relics in Xinyang City and the administrative capacity of cultural relics were evaluated and the two were combined to find out the problems existing in the law enforcement work of cultural relics in Xinyang City.Third,through literature review,we have identified areas in China that have outstanding performance in the field of cultural relics enforcement-Jiangsu and Zhejiang,and studied their successful experiences.Finally,the letter of experience in Yangzhou,Jiangsu and Zhejiang,combined with the status of administrative law enforcement in Xinyang,put forward specific solutions to the law enforcement work of Xinyang cultural relics.The conclusion is mainly a summary of the content described in the text and the outlook for research.Overall,this article innovatively uses qualitative research methods,quantitative research methods,and interdisciplinary research methods.Taking the case of Xinyang City as a case,it combed in detail the definition and elements of the administrative enforcement of cultural relics and the common problems faced in the process of cultural relics enforcement,and provided some specific countermeasures for promoting the administrative law enforcement of Xinyang cultural relics.
