Research Of Community Planning Under The Participation Public

The community planning originated in western countries after world war ii.After the baptism of war,many problems left by the industrial revolution in most cities need to be solved,and become a major challenge to urban development and construction at that time.Therefore,the public participation was introduced in planning to solve the social problem of underlying development.Since the government put forward to its views on strengthening and improving urban and rural community governance,in order to promote the formation of existing democracy and centralization,respect the will of the majority and protect a few legitimate rights rural-urban consultation mechanism so that they can organize the pilot project of urban and rural community planning,play the full role of community planning professionals,and improve the scientificity of community planning.Meanwhile,to have more residents involved,and identifies community development projects,construction task and resource requirements in a scientific way.In this paper,the specific subjects is Gejiaying comunnity in Wuchang district,Wuhan,Hubei province,using research method of the Literature,Survey,Case analysis and Logic analysis to summarize the historical background,development status and existing research of Gejiaying community.By doing surveys of local resident to understand the basic information of the community.Using case analysis at home and abroad to establish a reasonable route for planning,and the importance of building a public participation platform,preliminary reform intention and work plan is further discussed.At the same time,the workshop consensus and specific research ideas are determined.The first chapter mainly elaborates the research background,purpose and significance of the research,reviewed the relevant analysis,determine the research contents and methods.The second chapter mainly leads in the relationship between public participation and community planning and its concept,summed up the current psychological characteristics of community residents and generally problems that the community planning faced,and cited case analysis at home and abroad,put forward some new ideas and diversification ways.The third chapter mainly puts forward the historical background and current situation of the community,collected information and make chart to analysis and design a questionnaire survey to get the corresponding conclusion.The fourth chapter mainly summarizes the specific mode of community planning workshop,which contains planner training,participation platform mechanism,plan and renovation work intention.Clearing and definiting the community planning work line and positioning function.The fifth chapter mainly displays a plan of Ge jiaying community,determines community construction plan of action,and demonstrate the existing renderings from the community map,the related policy and regulating works.The sixth chapter mainly summarizes the existing work and results,and put forward the future of urban and rural planning.
