Research On The Minimum Living Security System From The Perspective Of Law

This paper from the perspective of rule of law,takes the urban and rural minimum living security system as the research object,describes and analyzes the problems existing in the process of legislation,enforcement and law-abiding,and puts forward opinions on the future improvement direction.In the introduction,the background,purposes and significance,present situation and problem.methods.as well as structure of this paper are explained.In the first chapter,the content,characteristics.significance of the rule of law and the content,characteristics,development process of minimum living security system are summarized.The second chapter is the main part of the paper.At the legislative respect the main problems are that the level of laws is low,there are many differences among different places;at the law enforcement respect,the problems are lainly that the law enforcenent is informative,socially stable and selective;at the law-abiding respect,the problems are mainly that the law-abiding is conservative,slippery and emotional.The third chapter puts forward relevant suggestions such as raising the level of legislation,improving legal provisions,increasing penalties,cultivating law-abiding awareness,and introducing technical support.The fourth chapter summarizes and looks forward to the future.
