Case Research On Mediation Of Divorce Litigation Cases Involving Social Work

With the development of people's economy and the improvement of people's living standard,China's marriage problem becomes more and more obvious.In recent years,the number of divorce is also increasing,a large number of divorce cases appear in the court,the court has a huge trial pressure,at the same time,the divorce has also brought great social pressure.Social work has practical significance in marriage and family.At the same time,China's social work in the judicial field of continuous expansion and research,so that social work flexible intervention in the disposal of divorce proceedings become possible.During the internship in a court mediation center,the author explored the mediation of divorce proceedings,judicial deficiencies and the author's demand for intervention through the intervention of the social work of the two cases of custody right dispute and mediation in divorce proceedings.Through two cases and interviews,this paper clarifies the procedural problems of social work involved in divorce proceedings,and summarizes the general patterns of social work involved in divorce proceedings,so as to provide some experience in practice and research on social work involved in divorce proceedings.The professional advantages of social work in divorce cases are analyzed by comparing the effects before and after social work intervention.At the same time,it also discusses the carrier,advantages and disadvantages,role dilemma and necessity of social work involved in divorce proceedings.Social work helps the parties to solve the divorce litigation cases with professional methods and moral feelings,which helps to reduce the pressure of divorce litigation cases,reduce the work barriers of legal workers,and assist the judicial process.At the same time,the flexible intervention of social work breaks away from serious legal mediation procedures,reduces the litigation time of cases,saves costs,reduces the harm of divorce to couples,and promotes social harmony.
