Research On The Application Of Forensic Accounting In Prepackaged Bankruptcy

At present,the Prepackaged Bankruptcy business of enterprises is mainly concentrated in law firms and accounting firms.To some extent,most of their staff are single professional structure,which can not meet the needs of the complex and changeable Prepackaged Bankruptcy market.Based on this,the study of forensic accounting as the backbone of enterprise Prepackaged Bankruptcy is conducive to broadening the scope of application of forensic accounting,opening up business,and solving the simple predicament of talent profession,so as to revive the enterprise.When the Prepackaged Bankruptcy happens,how to collect financial information,how to analyze the information beneficial to the parties from a large amount of financial information,how to transform the collected financial information into professional forensic accounting appraisal reports,and how to calculate losses can not be solved solely by an accountant or a lawyer,and there is a need for forensic accounting.By using the method of literature research and case analysis,taking accounting principles and accounting standards as criteria,and combining with the practice norms in enterprise bankruptcy reorganization,a lot of research has been done on how to apply forensic accounting in enterprise Prepackaged Bankruptcy.Due to the late start of forensic accounting in China,poor application awareness,narrow application scope and few research results,the development of forensic accounting is limited.The author hopes that through the research on the application of forensic accounting in Prepackaged Bankruptcy,the development space of forensic accounting will be broadened,and new modes and ideas will be provided for the development of forensic accounting,so that more and more people will participate in the research of forensic accounting in the field of Prepackaged Bankruptcy,and the forensic accounting will get better development.By synthesizing the domestic research literature of forensic accounting,this paper mainly studies the application of forensic accounting in the judicial field from the perspective of the application research of forensic accounting.It mainly studies the judicial functions of forensic accounting in litigation support,anti-fraud,anti-commercial bribery,anti-dumping litigation and so on.Only a small part of it involves the application field of enterprises.From the perspective of the scope of application of forensic accounting,researchers have begun to explore the expansion of forensic accounting services,and have conducted useful exploration in hot areas such as construction project services.Generally speaking,the current application of forensic accounting research is limited,and its limitations are obvious,which hinders the development of forensic accounting inreality.Especially,as a leading role,forensic accounting directly serves the concept of enterprise bankruptcy Prepackaged Bankruptcy.At present,there is no written research.In view of the current situation,we can draw lessons from the existing systems abroad,refer to the existing theories abroad,and combine with the specific situation of our country,find a broad space for forensic accounting to play a role in the field of Prepackaged Bankruptcy,solve the urgent needs of reality,and put forward feasible suggestions for solving some of the difficulties of enterprises.
