An Empirical Analysis Of The Punishment Of Bribery In Zhejiang Province

As a key link in the governance of corruption,the punishment of bribery is related to the guarantee of social fairness and justice,to the construction of socialist rule of law,and to the clean and upright political ecology.This paper selects 87 judgments of bribery crimes in Zhejiang Province under the background of supervision system reform(2017-2018)as the research object.Through data statistics,system analysis,comparative analysis and other methods,the author conducted an empirical investigation and analysis of bribery judgments in Zhejiang Province in the past two years.And put forward the corresponding optimization suggestion for the punishment of bribery crime under the background of supervision system reform.In addition to the introduction and conclusions,the main content of this article has four parts.The second part introduces the current situation of the punishment of bribery crimes in Zhejiang Province,including the macroscopic situation of the judgment of bribery crime cases in Zhejiang Province,the comparison with the number of cases of bribery crimes,the crime amount of bribery crime cases,and the application of sentencing circumstances.The third part is the problem of the punishment of bribery in Zhejiang Province,which mainly includes the low probability of punishment for bribery,the high probation rate,the arbitrary application from the light sentence,and the irregularity of the penalty.The fourth part is to analyze the causes of the problem of punishment for bribery in Zhejiang Province.The fifth part is based on the investigation and research,and puts forward the thinking of optimizing the punishment of bribery in the context of the supervision system reform.It is suggested that the reform system should be taken as an opportunity to adhere to the concept of bribery and bribery,and to explore the problem of the effectiveness of bribery crimes from the aspects of legislative improvement of bribery crimes,speeding up the construction of supervision system and standard application of fines.
