The Position And Coordination Between The Procuratorial Organ And The Supervisory Committee Under The Background Of The National Supervisory System Reform

The establishment of the Supervisory Committee as a state supervisory organ in the reform of the supervisory system in China has changed the position of the uniqueness of the procuratorial organ as the state supervisory organ.So it is necessary,under the coexistence,to clarify the working connection between the two while both are state supervisory organs after the reform.After a deep research made on the basis of the exploratory plan of the reform and the authorization from the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress,a conclusion can be reached,with the intent of the reform,that the functional position of the Supervisory Committee is as a supervisory organ on law-enforcement,while that of the procuratorial organ has not been changed,and both of them can be supervised by each other.Furthermore,decided by the functional position of the two,as well as the differences in the objects,contents and ways of supervision between them,there is a clear division of work between them and each of them performs its own functions.As a result,they need to coordinate in many aspects in work.
