Judgment of criminal causation has an important position in the whole penalty system.The criminal law scholars have been controversial about the judgment of criminal causation.In addition,the judgment of criminal causation provides an objective premise for the criminal responsibility of the perpetrator,while the interventional causation puts forward higher requirements for the judgment of criminal causation.The focus of this paper is on the practical application of the theory of causality,starting from the focus of the Zhengzhou urban management ladder case,and judging whether the causal relationship between the disputed behavior and the harmful result is established or not.That is to say,according to the content of the dispute in this case,combined with the objective imputation theory,the dispute in this case is discussed in detail.According to this article,through the introduction of the contents of the urban management ladder and the enumeration of the dispute,combined with the importance of the criminal causation,starting from the perspective of causality judgment,the behavior of the print shop owner Liu and the urban management's pumping behavior andThe relationship between our's negligent behavior and the death outcome of this case is analyzed and judged.In the process of analysis,this paper will focus on causality judgment,introduce the importance of causality in the penalty system,combine the existing criminal causation theory,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each criminal causation theory,and finally based on the objective imputation theory,the causal relationship is analyzed and it is concluded that the urban management should be responsible for the death of Mr.Ou.
