Causation of criminal law has long been a high-profile and controversial topic, also is an area where schools of thought contend, the subject is discussed from its scope, nature and purpose are controversial. I am a criminal law majors, the criminal law causality theory has been deeply the complicated details, and intervention factors are about the relationship of the criminal law of judgment analysis is quite deep misgivings, but caused the keen interest in this subject, the author decided to carry on the detailed study of the subject. In this paper, a guidance from the Supreme Court case, the first part describes the problems existing in the whole case and disputes. The second part of detailed and expounds the theoretical circle about intervention factors in the causation of the criminal law criterion. The third part describes the intervention factors causation judgment standard of the criminal law under consideration is what, we should how to operate in the judicial practice of interventional factor whether interrupted the causality of ultimately in order to better use the theory in practice, we study the criminal law causality, too, the last is to clear causal relationship between criminal law and in the case to criterions for the conviction of the parties, in the fourth part is analyzed in the presence of intervention factors according to the factors which affect the restore of criminal responsibility, it is well known in factor of cause and effect is more difficult and complex, because of the existence of the involved factors make it harder to define the causation. Finally, in the fifth part of this article for the introduction of guide case causality determination and court rulings has carried on the concrete analysis, judging from theoretical analysis to the actual case, hope that through this paper writing for judicial intervention factors in the practical work of causality research contribute a contribute strength.
