Causation of criminal law has long been a high-profile and controversial topic, also is an area where schools of thought contend, the subject is discussed from its scope, nature and purpose are controversial. I am a criminal law majors, the criminal law causality theory has been deeply the complicated details, and intervention factors are about the relationship of the criminal law of judgment analysis is quite deep misgivings, but caused the keen interest in this subject, the author decided to carry on the detailed study of the subject. In this paper, a guidance from the Supreme Court case, the first part describes the problems existing in the whole case and disputes. The second part of detailed and expounds the theoretical circle about intervention factors in the causation of the criminal law criterion.
