The continuous development of economy has promoted the rapid development of information technology, deepening urbanization, leading to more diverse and severe factors of social instability than before, especially the increasing use of high-tech means of crime, which all bring serious challenges to urban public security management. The main problem that public security organs face in law enforcement is how to make use of information technology to simplify the management and share information among the operational departments and personnel of public security organs,so as to save the police force and improve the efficiency of handling cases, and make public security organs have stronger combat capability. For this reason, this thesis carries out the analysis and implementation of police integrated service system based on GIS.Combining with the experience of participating in the research and development of the comprehensive query system based on GIS in Gansu Province's police system. This thesis establishes a comprehensive police service system based on GIS.Under the authorization mode, the system allows different departments and personnel of the police system to login, and each login staff can login through the Web page under the condition of networking. It is more flexible. It satisfies the application needs of various business units in the public security system, realizing the sharing and comprehensive utilization of basic information resources to the greatest extent. The main work is as follows:1.Summarize the development status of GIS system at home and abroad. This thesis introduces the development process of GIS police system in public security system. The related technologies of GIS system are introduced. The supporting technologies such as the framework of GIS police system are introduced. The advantages of B/S architecture are discussed. In view of the different situation of informatization construction in each region of the province, three principles for selecting databases are put forward.Next, the JavaScript API developed is introduced. The overall demand analysis of the police integrated service system based on GIS is carried out,and the demand analysis is carried out from the aspects of function, performance, data, interface, environment from the business perspective of various police types and departments,as well as the design objectives and principles of the system are planned.2.System design. The requirement analysis is carried out for three related geographic databases of the system, and the design of E-R diagram and main relational database tables of the platform is carried out from the point of view of the system administrator.Secondly, the E-R map of geographic database, the layering of basic geographic data and the naming oflayers are designed.Secondly,in the process of building the standard address database, the original data extraction, data parsing, address information display and input are carried out. Finally,in the process of system development, the eight functional modules involved in system login, basic management, organizational allocation, authorization center, log management, guide management, user guide, hierarchical management are partitioned and designed in detail, and the role-based access model of system login function module is established,as well as the permission access model is established. In the organizational allocation module, data tables such as personnel, post roles, grouping roles are designed.3.In the system test part. The hardware topology diagram of the system test is designed, and the hardware equipment configuration principle and software environment of the system are designed.Secondly, the test cases of the system are designed in detail, and the test flow chart is drawn up.The system is tested from the aspects of interface landing, function, security, pressure and so on.
