Study On Xi Jinping's Ideological And Political Education Theory Of Youth

In each historical period of China,namely,the period of revolution,of construction and of reform and opening-up,the Communist Party of China always give attention,care and trust of youth.Times change,however,it is an invariable fact that the fate of youth is in harmony with the development of the times and society.New era breeds new thought and new journey needs new youth.At a new starting point,Xi Jinping put the ideological and political education of youth in a very prominent place and put forward some new ideas,new judgements and new requirements according to the pulse of times and the problems existing in reality,which have formed unique and complete ideological and political education theory of the youth.The theory answered some important questions of “Why to cultivate the youth”,“What kind of young people to cultivate” and “How to cultivate and develop the youth in the new era”,and points out coordinate and way for struggle and development of youth.What's more,it has become an indispensable youthful chapter in the Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.In view of this,this paper focuses on a comprehensive and detailed exploratory analysis on Xi Jinping's ideological and political education theory of the youth from the reality,which attempts to provide a theoretical reference for improving ideological and political education of youth.This paper took the analysis of the theoretical basis,era background,inherent requirements and practical basis of Xi Jinping's ideological and political education theory of the youth as a cut-in point.Xi Jinping's ideological and political education theory of the youth is a new creation of theory rooted in Chinese history and reality under the guidance of Marxism.Standing at the height of theory and practice,the thesis summarized the basis framework of Xi Jinping's ideological and political education theory of the youth and discussed the contemporary value and far-reaching influence of the theory from multiple dimensions of the theoretical and practical,domestic and international.Taking the Marxist theory as the basic support and the contents such as Xi Jinping's speech series and letters as the research texts,the article mainly explored and expounded the theoretical system of Xi Jinping's youth ideological and political education in many aspects such as principles,goals,contents,methods,carriers and forces of ideological and political education.It required to adhere to the principle of combination between dominance and diversity,the principle of combination between theories and practice,the principle of combination between universal penetration and classifying guidance and the principle of combination between world orientation and local orientation,emphasized that the kind of youth to be cultivated is always the core issue of the goal of youth ideological and political education and put forward the specific goals of youth ideological and political education in the new era with individual goals and social goals.To achieve this goal,we need to educate young people about new concepts and new contents such as the Chinese dream,socialist core values,cultural self-confidence,comprehensive state affair management according to law and community of destiny.In order to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education and achieve the goal of ideological and political education,it is also necessary to achieve many items such as reforming and innovating the methods of ideological and political education,improving and normalizing the carrier of ideological and political education and coordinating and enhancing the power of ideological and political education.
