At present,the application field of network big data analysis integration technology is becoming wider and wider.This trend not only injects new impetus to the development of many traditional industries,but also changes their basic development form.Network advertising industry is one of them.As you think,more and more precise marketing advertisements are in urgent need.Internet advertisements have become"intelligent"and they are"intimate"on the network to push users with the goods or services they need.In this context,they have a new name-Internet directional advertisements.The reason why Internet directional advertising can be precisely pushed according to our preferences lies in that the Internet advertising service provider has already obtained the personal information data of the audience in advance,and then deduced our personal preferences according to the data analysis technology.Therefore,our personal privacy and information security are unavoidable all the time in this series of behaviors.In the huge risk of being monitored,the high incidence of personal network information privacy issues has attracted more and more public attention.The background of this paper is mainly based on this.In terms of writing structure,this paper mainly aims at the deficiency or vacancy of the existing theory and legal basis.Starting from specific directional advertising infringement incidents,it defines the Internet directional advertising and the personal privacy information involved in it,and sums up the legal manifestations and substantive manifestations of the Internet directional advertising infringement on personal privacy.Subsequently,looking at other countries where the rule of law is more advanced outside the country,mainly the United States and the European Union as a research model,to examine how they construct superstructure through the legal system in the field of Internet directional advertising to protect personal network privacy and user information security.Finally,as the end of the article,on the premise of summarizing the successful experience of Europe and the United States,and based on our country's practice,the author puts forward the main problems and dilemmas of the infringement of personal privacy information in Internet directional advertising in China,and puts forward that China can achieve comprehensive governance through legal regulation,administrative supervision,industry self-discipline,judicial litigation system construction,etc.In order to achieve the balance between the development of Internet directional advertising industry and the protection of personal information privacy.
