On The Protection Of Privacy In Public Places

The process of social development is always accompanied by the awareness of the rights of the public.In modern society,people need to go out more and participate in social activities in public places.However,the protection of the right to privacy in public places is not deeply understood in theory and is not well protected in practice.This article expounds the necessity of privacy in public places and the harm of infringement by analysing the definition,characteristics of public privacy.By measuring the rights and social and public interests,the paper trys to explore the boundaries of public privacy from the perspective of conflict between public interests and private interests to improve the legislative protection of public privacy and to seek to realize the protection of public privacy in the code of personal rights in the Civil Code and Tort Liability Law.
