Qualitative Research On Restrictive Equity Incentive Disputes

Restrictive option incentive system is the main part of equity incentive system,restriction system of equity incentive to bundle employee benefit and economic benefit of company,has a sreat role in improving staffs work enthusiasm.At the same time,limiting the equity incentive system on the basis of exploring potential employees to work,can promote the company's performance and value enhancement,implementation of good corporate governance structure.But restrictive equity incentive dispute whether belong to the category of labor dispute dispute,has not been determined.This paper argues that the restrictive nature of the dispute of equity incentive that comprehensive consideration should be the nature of the equity incentive agreement and "commitment",will be the case as a labor dispute dispute can better geographical clear case circuit,and plays a positive role to protect the lawful rights and interests of workers.This paper can be divided into three parts:The first part,first of all,subject of dispute in case introduction of restrictive equity incentive from restrictive legislation on the causes of dispute of equity incentive and the both sides of Labour and capital against the inequality of background analysis on the reasons,finally at the end of this section in this paper,the restriction of the value of the equity incentive dispute qualitative.The second part expounds the existing concrete way of restrictive dispute of equity incentive qualitative evaluation is the mainstream way of qualitative defects.The third part is the main content in this paper,the idea that the restrictive nature of the dispute of equity incentive for labor dispute and shall be deemed as recognition of the legal basis.
