In recent years,with the rapid development of global tourism and new urbanization,community homestay has developed rapidly in the Beijing area as an emerging form of living and relying on good tourism resources.In order to standardize the development of the whole industry,the State Council and the Beijing Municipal Government gradually introduced the "Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Accelerating the Development of Living Services to Promote the Upgrade of Consumption Structure" and the "Beijing Tourism Regulations" and other policies and regulations.However,the relevant implementation rules have not been perfected,and the construction of the Beijing community homestay supervision system is still at a preliminary stage,lacking effective supervision,and the security risks are more prominent.From the perspective of policing,this paper comprehensively applies theories of public governance,social security comprehensive management,third-party policing,and other research methods such as literature research method,questionnaire method,quantitative analysis method,etc.The existing public security problems are studied in depth,and the causes of the problems are analyzed in detail from the perspectives of government functions,administrative department linkage supervision,and police supervision.In view of the gaps in the upper-level law of public security management in Beijing community homestay,the community homestay area is scattered,Beijing It is difficult for the public security organs to carry out effective supervision.Based on the successful experience of developed countries,the countermeasures can be taken to strengthen the content of police work,improve laws and regulations,strengthen self-regulation in the industry,and effectively solve the security problems brought about by the development of community homestays.provide certain reference for the Police Supervision Community homestay...
