Study On Countermeasures Of Urban Air Pollution Control

Since the implementation of reform and opening up,China's economic development has undergone earth-shaking changes.Currently,China has become the world's second largest economic entity,and its position is very stable.In our country,the acceleration of urbanization process has also made the scale of cities gradually expand.The rapid development of urban economy has brought many conveniences to people's lives,and at the same time,it also brought such by-products as air pollution,and the phenomenon of air pollution is very common in big cities.In recent years,the central government has issued a series of legal documents to regulate air pollution control activities.Urban air pollution control has achieved periodic results.The tasks stipulated in the "Ten Articles of Atmosphere" have been successfully completed,and the degree of air pollution in various cities has been reduced.Looking at the overall process of urban air pollution control in our country,it is not difficult to see that the most commonly adopted measure of cities is to remove industrial pollution by means of dispersing and transferring polluting industries from the perspective of economic structure adjustment.This method can often play an immediate effect in the process of urban air pollution control.Therefore,the proportion of industrial pollution in the current urban air pollutant structure is continuously decreasing.At the same time,we also see another problem.With the development of urban economy,the number of motor vehicles in the city is increasing continuously.Motor vehicle exhaust pollution has become a prominent problem in the city.The proportion of motor vehicle exhaust pollution in urban air pollutants has been highlighted,and it has become an important source of urban air pollution.To control urban air pollution,motor vehicle exhaust pollution must be controlled.Therefore,how to control motor vehicle exhaust pollution has become an important problem to be solved urgently in major cities in China,and it is also a hot topic in society.Based on such a phenomenon,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the basic situation of motor vehicle exhaustpollution,the law enforcement and management measures of urban motor vehicle exhaust,and the reasons for the unfavorable law enforcement,and puts forward specific legal and policy measures for the control of motor vehicle exhaust pollution.Through the implementation of these measures,urban vehicle exhaust emissions can be controlled,so that the overall level of urban air pollutants can be reduced.
