As a digital publishing output,e-sports games have entered China since the 1980 s.With the support of constantly updated electronic information technology and new media,e-sports game has evolved through different stages of broadcast television,desktops,handheld game consoles,and Internet games,it gradually formed a unique live broadcasting output content in the contemporary media field.As the form of typed digital publications continues to emerge,the electronic output content of similar e-sports games is also constantly adjusting the structure and content of traditional publishing.In the sense of publishing,the phenomenon of online game live broadcasting has changed the resource and cultural situation of digital publications to a large degree,the growing number of audiences and the increasing attention they receive make their grey status in publishing copyrights more and more embarrassing,because in the context of new media,owing to their audiences becoming more and more widespread and initially forming the content export industry chain,the gradually mature e-sports games live broadcasting phenomenon inevitably involves is copyright issues.Based on the western Marxist theory and the method of popular culture research,as well as Foucault's knowledge archaeology and sociological methods and so on,this paper discusses the copyright issues of the gradually mature e-sports games.The main aspects this paper involved are copyright operation resources,copyright operation strategy,copyright distribution operation mechanism and copyright operation issues and suggestions.In the concrete expansion process,the paper will conduct the investigation of status quo of e-sports games live broadcasting,the traces of historical pedigrees,the channels of media transmission and its sociological significance.The research purpose of the paper is to hope to preliminarily establish a copyright awareness of the e-sports games live broadcasting through the discussion of copyright issues,and further explore the strategies and ways of copyright operation.It is also one of the goals of this paper to be able to participate in the copyright operation mechanism of digital publications except for regulating the output content of digital publishing.
