With the development and expansion of the game industry,e-game plays a network activity for people to relax.Under the drive of interest,the copyright consciousness of the related participants has become more and more strong,which also causes many problems.For example,the most typical "fight fish case" in the electronic competitive game industry,the biggest argument in the law circle and the judicial practice is that whether the live broadcast picture of the e-sports game can form the works in the meaning of copyright law,and whether the rights of the related direct seeding subjects and platforms can be protected through copyright law.The protection of the rights of live players and players in electronic competitive games has become an urgent problem in the background of the Internet era.This paper,through the concept of electronic competitive games and the entire electronic competitive game industry,systematically analyzes the protection of rights and the choice of judicial relief path in the process of direct seeding of electronic competitive games.The article analyzes the copyright of the live screen,the identification of the tort and the protection of the copyright law,based on the direct seeding mode under the electronic competitive game platform and the direct seeding mode under the large-scale events.First of all,it introduces the basic concept of E-sports games and the development status of the whole electronic competitive game industry.From the development status of the game industry,it expounds the necessity of protecting the right of direct live picture of electronic competitive games.Secondly,the article further systematically analyzes the specific model of the live video of our electronic competitive game.As well as the object and scope of the protection of the rights of e-sports game seeding under the current legal framework,the current theoretical circles on whether the live video of e-sports game can become the object stipulated in the copyright law and the types of works and the types of rights produced in the process of communication are discussed on the basis of this.In the end,the article combines the types of the current practice in the form of electronic game infringement,and analyzes how the law protects it when the infringement cases occur during the direct seeding process of E-sports games,and the current legal framework under the premise of electricity.The picture of the open dissemination of the child competitive game will be the work of the copyright protection of our country,and on the cases occurring in the judicial practice,this paper analyzes the tort form,the path of judicial relief and the problems in it,so as to draw some suggestions on the legal protection of the competitive Games of electricity from abroad.We should improve the legal protection of E-sports games.
