Research On The Mechanism Of Recording And Reviewing The Rules Of The Party

Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the comprehensive and strict administration of the party has become a proposition of the times.The meeting clearly emphasized that the construction of the internal legal system is not only the fundamental task of the party building in the new era,but also an important consideration for the further improvement of the national rule of law system.As an after-the-fact supervision and correction mechanism,the party's internal regulations review and correction mechanism is an important guarantee for the legitimacy and rationality of the party's internal regulations.At the same time,this mechanism is the fundamental measure for the party to manage the party.As a key component of the party's internal laws and regulations system,the party's internal law record review mechanism is an important link to promote the implementation of the party's internal laws and regulations,enhance the quality of the party's internal laws and regulations,and promote the party's internal regulations.This paper mainly discusses the inner-party law enforcement review mechanism from three parts: The first part gives a brief introduction to the connotation and characteristics of the party's internal regulations;the concept,characteristics and significance of the record review.The second part makes a brief analysis of the status quo and problems of the party's internal law record review mechanism.The third part elaborates on the perfect path of the party's internal law record review mechanism from the external and internal dimensions.
