Research On Prevention Countermeasures Of Road Traffic Accidents In Downtown Area Of Huangshan City From The Perspective Of Informatization

Road traffic is related to people's livelihood,and the demand for traffic management work is getting higher and higher.With the rapid development and deep application of new generation network and information technology,information technology based on Internet,wireless technology,big-data analysis,Internet of Things and cloud computing.Support,many cities have proposed the construction of “Smart city” to optimize urban management and services.Traffic management informationization is an important part of Smart City construction.Realizing traffic management informationization can not only improve the level of public security traffic management,but also promote the science of public security traffic management.Management can also prevent road traffic accidents and ensure the safety of people's lives and property.This article sets the aim of practical traffic prevention for downtown area of Huangshan City.After summarizing the history data of traffic accidents,traffic violation and other recordings in the past three years 2015-2017),in-depth problem research,with methods of literature survey and data analysis as well as experience localization,has been carried out on the 5 factors of traffic accident prevention for downtown area of Huangshan City,i.e.drivers,vehicles,roads,environment and management,for the root causes of existing problems.Five related corrective measures have been proposed accordingly,i.e.to enhance the management of drivers,to tighten the regulation of traffic violations,to improve the hardware and facility with support of traffic big-data,to set-up early warning mechanism for traffic environment and to improve the traffic management level with information systems,with the expectation of reducing the occurrence odd of traffic accidents and improving the management level of traffic security.
