The development of the Internet has profoundly changed people's traditional production and life styles.While people enjoy the convenience of technology,they also have to face a large number of network-related disputes that follow.Due to the virtual nature and borderlessness of cyberspace,traditional rules are faced with difficulties in application.In addition,the local courts have different understandings,which leads to more controversy in the practice of network-related disputes.The construction of Internet courts has brought opportunities to the clarity of the jurisdictional rules for disputes involving networks.Internet courts currently focus on disputes involving network disputes,and their jurisdiction affects whether they can effectively play their role in governing the Internet and facilitating the people and the people.It is related to the division of labor with ordinary courts and the positioning in the system of courts in China.This paper analyzes the current operation of the three Internet courts and the main disputes in the jurisdictional dispute cases related to the Internet court,and finds out the main problems existing in the Internet court jurisdiction system in China,with a view to proposing corresponding perfect solutions.This paper introduces the definition of internet-related disputes,and analyzes the causes and significance of the emergence of Internet courts and the concept of the centralized jurisdiction system of China's Internet courts.Secondly,the paper analyzes the characteristics and operations of three Internet courts,and extracts the main problems in the current practice by collecting civil rulings related to Internet court jurisdictional objections.According to experience of extraterritorial network courts,we can find out the experiences and lessons to provide ideas for improving the rules of Internet courts in China.Finally,to clarify the objectives of the Internet court and the principles of the jurisdictional system,the author proposes corresponding improvement methods based on the problems reflected in the judicial practice.
