Research On Legal Issues Of Subsidies For New Energy Vehicles

Under the new situation of energy crisis and environmental problems,the development of the new energy automobile industry and played a positive role in alleviating pressure on resources and curbing the increase of pollution.As a “quasi-public product”,it is necessary for the government to provide subsidies for new energy vehicles.To some extent,these subsidies promote the explosive growth of the energy vehicle industry in China.However,extensive financial subsidies have also brought a variety of negative problems,such as large-scale cheating of government subsidies by car companies.This paper explores and analyzes the current situation,and the defects within China's subsidy system,hoping to provide suggestions to improve and perfect the legal regulations on this basis.This article contains four chapters.The first chapter is an overview of the new energy vehicle subsidy,which expounds the concept,types,legal attributes,and necessity of the new energy vehicle subsidy.The second chapter explores and analyzes the evolution of our new energy vehicle subsidy system.The third chapter analyzes the problems of subsidies for new energy vehicles.The fourth chapter elaborates the concept of perfecting the legal regulation of government subsidies,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions through the unification of legal norms,the refinement of substantive regulation of subsidies,and the establishment of systematic procedural rules,so as to improve the new energy vehicle subsidy system in China.
