A Research Of Drug Crime Governance In Quanzhou City

With the rapid development of China's economy and the arrival of the social transformation period,the number of drug addicts is increasing day by day,drugs in our country is a serious flood trend,drug crime is increasingly serious.Quanzhou city is located in the southeast coast,under the influence of special geographical location,the drug situation is complex and severe,drug governance task is very difficult,drug crime is becoming a serious problem affecting the development of Quanzhou city.Therefore,the governance of drug crimes is becoming an important issue to be solved urgently in Quanzhou.In the increasingly severe fight against drugs,it is of great significance for maintaining social harmony and stability to strengthen the research on drug crime governance,analyze the causes of drug crimes and explore the countermeasures to reduce drug crime.Under the guidance of governance theory and new public service theory,the author expounds the current situation of drug crime governance in Quanzhou city,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.Based on the literature research at home and abroad,the author firstly summarizes and defines the concepts of "drug-related crime" and "drug-related crime governance",and expounds the governance theory in public management and the content of new public services.According to the guidance of these two theories,in order to realize the effective governance of drug crimes,we should first investigate and analyze the characteristics of drug related personnel and the current situation of drug crimes in Quanzhou.Secondly,on the basis of the survey data,this paper expounds the current situation,effectiveness and shortcomings of drug crime governance in Quanzhou.Then,by using the method of comparative analysis,this paper compares the drug crime situation and countermeasures in Xiamen,Kunming and Shenzhen,and summarizes the excellent governance experience of these three cities.Finally,in view of the current situation of drug crime governance in Quanzhou city,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures from three aspects: prevention,correction and combating.The author mainly studies the current situation and countermeasures of drug crimes in Quanzhou city from the perspective of combining theory with practice.Combined with the in-depth investigation and analysis of drug-related criminals and the comparative analysis of the governance of other cities,this paper further expands the research on the governance of drug crimes in China and provides theoretical support for the formulation of drug crime policies in China.
