In 2015,the penetration rate of Chinese netizens will be no less than over 50%.Internet has been an inseparable tool in Chinese people's life and work.The emerging new media have changed the way we acquire information and communicate and will continue to penetrate into our life and work.With the increasingly significant role of Internet in our life,our private space becomes more and more public,while the public space is more and more private.The emergence of Micro-Blog and WeChat has witnessed some manipulated micro-blog and public IDs becoming the place of occurrence and gathering of discourse.Regulation and examination of the cyber space have also caused many disputes on the cyber space as public space.This research takes the perspectives of the public sphere and the discourse power to analyze the formation conditions and occurrencemechanisms of the public domain and to query the possibility of rational communication by new media based on Foucault's theory of power and discourse to analyze power and discourse in the new media network today,as well as to explore the possible new roles of the new media in the particularity of the Internet development in China.
