Research On The Standard Of Filing Public Security Investigation Crimes Against Personal Information Of Citizens

With the acceleration of the process of socialist modernization,the mode of life has changed greatly.The information that can reflect the personal identity of citizens,such as identity documents,contact ways,property and insurance information,also appears one after another.At the same time,all kinds of cases that infringe on the personal information of citizens have come out in endlessly.Because of various reasons,it will always be difficult to examine the crime of personal information crime.How to improve the standard of filing the crime of personal information has become a hot topic at present.This article is divided into three chapters,the first chapter outlines the crime of infringement of citizen personal information on the crime of crime,the crime of infringement of personal information,the legislative background of this crime,the basic elements of the crime and the current standards of the public security organs.The second chapter lists the three empirical cases that I encountered in the practice.Through the case analysis,we summarize the problems encountered by the current public security organs in the examination of the case,and analyze the reasons for these problems.The third chapter expounds the solution to the dilemma of the standard application of the crime of infringement on the crime of personal information,and puts forward some superficial suggestions from three aspects: speeding up the perfection of the relevant legal documents,establishing the principle of establishing the standard of filing a case for the public security organs and drawing on the advanced experience of foreign countries.
