Research On Problems And Countermeasures In Public Security Management Of Urban Eco-new District

With the rapid development of China’s economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,lifestyle,employment and values have become increasingly diversified,social structure and interest relations have been constantly adjusted,the floating population has increased substantially,and the public security situation has become increasingly complex and the task has become more onerous.How to do a good job in social security under the new situation,increase the intensity of a crackdown on illegal crime molecules and screening of disputes and dissolve the work and ensure that people’s lives and property security and social stability,enhance people’s sense of security,happiness,and access is an important task in front of the public security departments at all levels.In China,the urban new area refers to the geographical and administrative area that is constructed according to a predetermined certain function and type in the newly demarcated area outside the city,which has the characteristics of short establishment time,new management institution,rapid transformation of industrial structure and population structure,and interweaving of social contradictions and conflicts.Taking the public security branch of CB new area of X city as an example,this paper studies the public security management of urban ecological new area through in-depth investigation and combined with the author’s practical work experience.The paper follows the idea of raising questions--analyzing questions--solving questions.In the introduction,the paper puts forward the problems to be studied,the contents of the research,the research methods,the logical structure of the paper and the innovation points of the paper.The first chapter summarizes the literature and defines the concept,and puts forward the theoretical basis of the paper.Chapter two introduces the current situation of public security management in CB new area of X city,including urban public security management and community policing construction.The third chapter conducts questionnaire survey and analysis.Through descriptive statistical analysis of the survey data,the relevant survey conclusions are obtained,and the problems in the public security management of the district are summarized,including: 1.The cost of public security management is not proportional to the effectiveness.2.Security management society lack of resource integration 3.The effectiveness of special public security management is not obvious 4.The punishment of public security management is unreasonable.Through in-depth analysis,we believe that the underlying causes of problems include: 1.The lack of cost control concept in public security management 2.The weaker awareness of joint defense with social security agencies 3.The backwardness of special public security management methods 4.The disciplinary power of public security management is out of measure.The fourth chapter puts forward the countermeasures,including: 1.Optimizing the effectiveness of public security management cost control 2.Innovative and social security organization linkage mechanism 3.Establish special public security management and prevention mechanism 4.Reconfigure administrative enforcement rights and punishment rights.In this paper,the achievements and experience of the social security management innovation of the public security organs in the new urban ecological zone are promoted,which can provide reference for the social security management innovation of the public security organs in other regions,and then have a positive demonstration and borrowing effect on the social security management innovation of other public security organs.
