Research On Judicia Reform Of Bishan Experimental Local Court

The Republic of China era is a period of great turbulence and reform in Chinese history.With the political and social crisis of internal and external troubles,under the background of social transformation in the late Qing Dynasty and the invasion of Western culture,politics,economy and culture have developed completely.This period was the beginning of modern Chinese civilization and produced a large number of initial achievements of modern Chinese civilization.With the success of the 1911 Revolution,the government of the Republic of China began the construction of judicial reform.Because of frequent wars and regime changes,the reform encountered many difficulties and obstacles,and kept exploring and advancing in twists and turns.The establishment of Bishan Experimental Local Court is a pilot reform to simplify litigation procedure under the background of judicial reform during the period of the National Government.Its purpose is to increase the intervention of authority,improve litigation efficiency,save judicial resources and provide procedural reform experience for judicial reform.Bishan County Public Security Bureau had received a lot of old materials from the old regime during liberation,and transferred them to Bishan Archives in 1970 s for preservation.The main contents were a large number of judicial documents,judicial precedents and personnel management system during the period of Bishan Methodological Court as an experimental court.Based on the national judicial archives of Bishan Archives in Chongqing,this thesis analyses the relevant information about Bishan Experimental Local Court in the Key Archives Catalogue of Bishan Archives in Chongqing,compiles the relevant data,combines the relevant judicial research literature of the Republic of China era,summarizes the archival materials for analysis.From the background of judicial reform,reform measures and their combination in reform practice three basic levels,this thesis evaluates the reform activities of Bishan Experimental Local Court under the background of judicial reform in the Republic of China era,and analyses the enlightenment and reference of current judicial reform.
