Research On The Relationship Between Smart Court And The Judicial Reform

Under the overall national strategic layout,the people's court seizes the historical opportunity to promote the pulse of smart court and judicial reform to resonate with each other and complement each other with the courage of reform and an open mind,so as to jointly help the people's court achieve this goal.Although China's judicial reform has made some achievements,there are still some deficiencies in judicial justice,openness,management and convenience.The smart court has the value of promoting judicial openness,improving trial quality and efficiency,promoting sunshine justice,scientific judicial management,and improving judicial convenience,which makes it very necessary to apply it to judicial reform and practice in China.The application of smart court in the judicial reform and practice of our country has profoundly changed the traditional judicial concept and working mode.The justice supported by information means is closer to the efficiency,transparency and convenience of the people than at any time.People really feel the fairness,justice,convenience and efficiency brought by justice.However,the smart court still has defects and is not perfect.We should constantly improve and standardize it by means of technology and law,so as to promote the smart court to better serve the judicial reform and practice in China.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter introduces the basic theory of smart court,reviews the development process of smart court and analyzes the main contents of smart court one by one.The second chapter points out the shortcomings of the smart court in China,and on this basis forecasts the development direction of the smart court in China,striving to further optimize the value and function of the smart court,so as to facilitate the judicial reform.The third chapter describes the requirements of judicial reform on the smart court from five aspects: improving the modernization of judicial capacity,promoting judicial openness and promoting judicial justice.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the specific role of smart court in promoting judicial reform from the aspects of implementing judicial responsibility system,improving trial quality and efficiency,promoting judicial openness,and promoting judicial convenience,so as to illustrate the relevance between smart court and judicial reform.
