Research On The Application Of Big Data In The Governance Of Social Morality In China

As the country attaches importance to outstanding issues in the field of morality," moral governance" has become the focus issue that scholars in the field of ideological and political education pay close attention to.Social morality is an important part of morality.The study of social morality governance is one of the core issues of special governance of moral issues in China.The fundamental purpose of the governance of social morality is to promote the substantive development of moral construction in China by tackling the problem of moral anomie in the social public sphere.Moral governance is based on the context of its own development.Under the direction of the overall goal of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capability,big data,with its technology and function,has the value of serving as the latest carrier of social morality governance and realizing the modernization of social morality governance.Based on the subject of Ideological and political education,this paper studies the application of big data as the carrier of social morality governance.In view of this research theme,the main research questions are as follows: The first part is the explanation of related concepts,which respectively explains social morality governance and big data,especially social morality big data,from the perspectives of origin and development,concept definition and characteristics.The second part analyzes the essence of moral anomie from the realistic phenomenon of moral anomie.Then it analyzes the demand for big data caused by the ineffectiveness of social morality governance in three aspects: the guidance of social morality values,the standardization of social morality system and individual behavior.Rationality of applying big data to social morality governance.The third part elaborates the application value of big data in three levels: social ethics governing values,social ethics governing system norms,and individual behavior.The fourth part is the path to build the application of big data in the governance of social morality by cultivating the awareness of big data governance,making good use of big data to co-construct and co-govern functions,strengthening the construction of big data platform and eliminating big data risks.
