Research On The Promotion Of Social Governance Intelligence In The Baotou City Under The Bacground Of Big Data

As the greatly development of technology of digital communication big data,human society get started the time of big data as core of database and information.The article is based on the analysis of the significance of improving the intelligent construction of social governance under the background of big data.This paper has taking Baotou City of Inner Mongolia as an example,researching on the use of big data by government departments to promote the intelligent construction of social governance.By analyzing the basic conditions and key project construction of intelligent construction of social governance in Baotou City,conducting the government's use of big data to promote social governance satisfaction survey,the paper has summarized five problems existing in the current process of using big data to promote social governance intelligence in Baotou City,such as the government's initiative to use big data to promote social governance,the communication and sharing of relevant information between governmentdepartments,the full participation of social forces in governance,the lack of big data management talents in government departments,and shortage of professional managing talent,exposure of personal privacy and so forth problems.Additionally,the article analyzes the reasons of the situation from five aspects,awareness of database management,database sharing system,database gap,talent incentive mechanism,and lack of privacy protection respectively.Moreover,it suggests various relatively measures,such as cultivating the concept and awareness of Intelligent governance,creating a unified social governance big data platform,guiding participation of multiple parts' governing,establishing an institutional mechanism for cultivating compound big data talents,perfecting the legal system of intelligent construction of social governance and so on,which is beneficial to Baotou City in making use of big data enhancing innovation in social administration.
