Study On The Theory About Xi Jinping's Youth All-around Development

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,Xi states about the younger generations and theirs all-around development many times,which devotes to form the timely and innovative theory of youth comprehensively development.In the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress,president Xi pointed out that a nation will prosper only when its young people thrive;a country will be full of hope and have a great tomorrow only when its younger generations have ideals,ability,and a strong sense of responsibility.The theory about youth comprehensively development is based on a solid theoretical foundation which includes the thoughts of Marx,Engels,Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping and Hu Jintao.And it also comes from the practical experience which is related to development of the Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the growth of youth as well as the rich experience of president Xi.The theory is rich in content.It is the fundamental principle that the Party must concern the youth.The total orientations are composed of the problem-oriented and goal-oriented.Cultivating and fostering a new generation is the general objective."Four Unity" is the general requirement.That consist of the unity between ideals and mission,between noble virtue and value cultivation,between theoretical knowledge and practical ability,between innovation and hard work.Based on the analysis of Xi's theory about youth all-round development,the thesis also explores its characteristics consisting of progressiveness,accuracy,criticism and openness.Xi's youth all-round development theory not just points out the problem of times,but provides an explicit instruction for them.Insisting on the problem orientation,Xi points out the problems of unbalanced between physical and mental development,and the phenomenon about the unfaithfulness on ideal and faith.Moreover,he pays seriously attention on the development of youth all-round moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic grounding with a hard-working spirit.During them,to foster the morality is the most important one,as it is the guide of others.He insists that we should strengthen core socialist values,carry out extensive education about our ideal and encourage youth to study hard,which point out the way for the youth all-round development.Aiming at the problem of youth,some suggestions will be offered in this paper.And this will be divided into fo u r points.Firstly,our Party and government should support the youth.Secondly,a positive social environment should be built by the society so as to improve youth's all-around development.Thirdly,college should pay much more attention to foster character and civic virtue.Last but not least,youth should try their best to realize the goal of all-around development.
