Research On Xi Jinping's View On Youth Growth

Looking back on the history of the founding of the Communist Party of China and the history of the founding of the People's Republic of China,it is because of the generation of young and productive communists that led the masses to fight the world that they built the country belonging to the working people themselves.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Communist Party of China and the country's undertakings in the brilliant achievements also faces enormous changes,at present,we have entered into a new era,from the main content of Xi Jinping thought socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era we can see,Xi Jinping pays more attention on the success of youth talents and his issues related to youth is rich and detailed.This dissertation attempts to explore the formation process of Xi Jinping's youth talent view.Based on the ideology of young talents of Marx,Engels,Lenin and Chinese Marxism,this dissertation explore the inheritance,development and innovation of Xi Jinping's youth talent view.At the same time,this dissertation tries to use literature research method,historical analysis method,comparative analysis method,and theory-linked research method to describe and summarize the main contents of Xi Jinping's concept of young talents systematically and comprehensively from the major works of Xi Jinping,including various speeches,conversations,instructions and congratulatory messages etc.We elaborate on the topic of " what kind of people are,what kind of talents should youth be trained to be,,and how to train their talents" in Xi Jinping's view,and try to explore the theoretical value and practical significance of Xi Jinping's concept of young talents.This dissertation includes four chapters.The first chapter discusses the theoretical and practical basis of Xi Jinping's youth outlook and Xi Jinping's youth experience by three parts.The second chapter focuses on the theme of " what kind of young talents should be trained " by using dialectical materialism and historical materialism perspectives.It discusses three parts of Xi Jinping's concept of young talents: set up young talents' world outlook,outlook on life and values.The third chapter,according to the theme of "how to guide young talents through practical way",this dissertation tries to expound ten ways to guide young talents from two aspects including internal and external factors respectively.The fourth chapter generalizes five points respectively about the theoretical value and practical significance of Xi Jinping's view on young talent.
