Currently,the public security work in the monitoring work for vehicles has become increasingly important,how to do a good job in this regard,it has become the focus of public security work at this stage.This paper is relying on embedded intelligent monitoring equipment as well as a strong background processing platform to establish the whereabouts of urban vehicle monitoring system platform,by monitoring the intersection,sections of all motor vehicles,non-motor vehicles and pedestrians for image capture.For speeding,retrograde,red light violations and other image capture,recording upload;motor vehicle license plate capture raw data,the raw data contour of motor vehicles and motorists face like raw data;recording through the intersection,time road motor vehicles,locations,and other vehicle speed and image information,and the data and pictures uploaded to the central platform for further processing.Apply more refined,more complete image acquisition and data,in a larger spatial level comprehensive analysis,a vehicle dynamic tracking,road traffic control,behavior analysis.Traffic Police to provide high quality real-time road monitoring information,analyzing alarm,dispatched to intercept the flow of traffic,capture images,carved trajectory information platform.The paper from several parts of the design,a functional front-end embedded devices,at the front end to achieve the license plate recognition video detection and capture,via video to determine vehicle violations at the intersection;two,describe the composition of the structure of the system,describes the system of background data processing mode;third,at the application level software features designed to provide tools for the daily work of police officers.Among them,the conventional approach is different,all of our data-analysis functions are based,in particular,a large number of vehicles for feature trajectory data,classified and processing of data.Embodiments herein,is divided into a plurality of stages.First of all,it is to complete the development of front-end embedded devices function,by way of real-time processing on existing intelligent capture device to achieve less data processing pressure data centers.Meanwhile,remove the conventional industrial computer equipment,reducing the failure node data transfer.Secondly,in the data center using the cluster approach to receiving and processing data,increase the fault tolerance of data processing,capable of continuous data analysis and processing.Finally,based on the data of the basic data analysis database for storing the results of real-time analysis of data,improve the utilization range of data,on the basis of functionality can be derived using a new method.This sets the system after a year of practice and trial,for public security work had the desired effect,to daily vehicle monitoring has brought great convenience,but also found a number of issues to be follow-up to continue to improve.
