Video monitoring information is an important evidence for public security to develop criminal investigation.The reasonable layout of surveillance cameras plays an important role in improving the social security prevention and control.However,the number of surveillance cameras can't be infinitely increased because of the limitation of money,so how to achieve the best prevention and control effect with the minimal cost has became an urgent problem for public security to solve.Most of the traditional layout of surveillance cameras depends on the experience of the related technicians,and they usually decide the layout by field survey.The formulation of deployment plan not only costs lots of manpower and material but also requires the high professional quality of technicians.If the technicians put too much emphasis on the monitoring of specific areas and lack of overall planning and coordination,it can easily lead to repeated monitoring or monitoring missing of some area.This thesis will analyze the deficiency of current surveillance cameras layout from the present situation of surveillance cameras layout.With the acquired information,it will establish the risk entropy model of street safety according to the data of street policing and propose the layout model of surveillance cameras for police security based on the risk entropy,aiming to reduce the sujectivity and arbitrariness and improve the scientificity of surveillance cameras layout.First,this thesis makes some improvement to the TF-IDF algorithm and puts it in to the research of policing alert classification in public security businesses.Next,it proposes a risk entropy model of street safety based on the entropy theory and data of street policing,which can be applied to evaluate the risk degree of street policing.According to the example analysis and the comparison of kernel density picture of POI data,it verifies the reasonableness of this model.Last,it makes some improvement to the sensitivity problem of initial cluster center in K-means algorithm and proposes a surveillance cameras layout method based on the risk entropy model and K-means algorithm,which has been analyzed and described through giving experiments.The innovation of this thesis is that it first introduces the risk entropy model into the research of surveillance cameras layout for public security,which can effectively evaluate the risk degree of an area from the macro-prospective.And this thesis proposes a surveillance cameras layout method based on K-means algorithm and risk entropy,which can improve the objectivity and scientificity of surveillance cameras layout work for public security to achieve the aim of reducing resource waste and save manpower and material resources.Finally,the limited surveillance cameras resources can be fully utilized.
