Teubner combined the reflexive orientation of “responsive law”,critical reflexive rationality and the reflexive operation of autopoiesis."reflexive" has been extracted as the basic concept used for establishing theory and interpreting facts.The three different theories which have the same consciousness of question provide the multi-perspective methodology for “reflexive law” and ultimately directs to self-confirmation of legitimacy.The structure and cognition of reflexive law are embedded in the fundamental contradiction of jurisprudence.Under the perspective of legal communication,the norm and the legal system which exist massive interactions tends to be more correlative and democratic.Furthermore,legal communication becomes the fundamental condition of self-recognition of reflexive law and the interactive recognition between legal system and its subsystem.
