Research On Chinese National Ideology Security In The Perspective Of Global Governance

The Report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China state that we should firmly grasp the leading position in ideological work.Ideology determines the direction and the develop path of culture.We must continue to adapt Marxism to China's conditions,keep it up-to-date,and enhance its popular appeal.We will develop socialist ideology that has the ability to unite and the power to inspire the people to embrace shared ideals,convictions,values,and moral standards.Ideological security is related to national security and social stability,and It is also related to the success or failure of the cause of the party and the people.Based on the perspective of global governance,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the issue of national ideological security in China.This study is a meaningful comprehensive study of global governance and ideological security.The thesis consists of an introduction,a text(in four parts)and a conclusion.The main contents are as follows:The first part,the theoretical basis.This chapter first examines the current research status of ideology and global governance in the academic world,and then defines their connotations,and then explains the dialectical relationship between global governance and ideology.According to Marxist ideology theory,global governance theory,political communication theory and narratology,the author analyzes the analytical framework of ideology security in the perspective of global governance,that is,global governance practice is the realistic foundation of ideology security governance,and ideology relationship affects the basic structure of global governance.The second part,case analysis.Based on the perspective of global governance to explore China's national ideological security issues,weshould establish a global view and effectively examine the basic experience and new trends of ideological security construction in major western countries.This chapter takes American ideology governance as a case study,and focuses on and combs the basic strategy and typical characteristics of American ideology security governance.The third part,risk analysis.This chapter focuses on the main contradictions,prominent problems and stage characteristics of contemporary China's ideological security governance,and analyzes the domestic and international risks faced by China's national ideology security construction in the perspective of global governance.The western capitalist powers mainly rely on global economic governance activities,promote cultural hegemonism,and use the basic means such as network tools to carry out ideological concealment and infiltration.At the same time,the country also faces a comprehensive deepening of the multi-social trend of thought during the reform period,and the weakening of the network mainstream ideology discourse power Wait for the challenge.The fourth part,the countermeasures.To fully implement the national ideological security construction under the vision of global governance,we must profoundly recognize the social foundation,basic laws and internal logic of ideological security construction in the broader scale of world social historical development,and then determine the strategic direction,key areas and main targets of China's national ideology work under the new era social background.On the one hand,comprehensively grasp the characteristics and development of the global governance system,coordinate the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics and the global governance process,and consolidate the social foundation of ideological security;On the other hand,it optimizes the macro-theory of national ideology and the micro-mechanism of ideology to highlight the dynamism and productivity of ideology onglobal governance practices,and then to counter the modernization process of global governance.Specifically,based on the global social and historical conditions,we will build a community of human destiny as a breakthrough at the practical level,shape global public values,and foster human body fate consciousness.Then,in the macro-theoretical construction level,it conforms to China's participation in the requirements of global governance practice,adheres to the guiding position of Marxist ideology,and clearly opposes the wrong ideology,demonstrating the inclusiveness and development of national ideology.Finally,at the micro-mechanism level of ideology,explore ways to optimize the transformation of ideology discourse practice and strengthen the path of global cyberspace ideology security governance.
