Research On Enhancing China's Institutional Discourse Power In Global Economic Governance

With the deepening of economic globalization,the international community is faced with various economic challenges that are increasing in number and increasing in complexity,which objectively requires the effective progress of global economic governance.In the current process of global economic governance,although there are many governance bodies,from the perspective of realistic influence and decision-making execution ability,sovereign states are the most important governance bodies now and in the foreseeable future.In addition,as a dominant way of governance,system has been gradually recognized by different countries,and a global economic governance system based on system has been gradually established after the second world war.With the change of the pattern of global rights and interests,the existing non-institutional dominant players begin to demand the reform of existing institutional arrangements and seek to improve their own institutional voice in the process of global economic governance system transformation.In this ever-changing information age,a country can only effectively express its rights and interests and promote its own development if it has a voice in the establishment,discretion and reform of its governance system.At present,China faces many real challenges.To meet and solve these challenges,China needs a more favorable external environment.In this context,it is of great practical significance to discuss and enhance China's institutional voice in global economic governance.Since the founding of new China,China has gradually participated in and played a certain role in the process of global economic governance.At present,China is playing a more important institutional role in the institutional arrangements for global economic governance,and China's institutional capacity and institutional role have become more prominent.While achieving these institutional achievements,China is also faced with such practical difficulties as challenges of governance concept,insufficient supply of content and imbalance of main body capacity.The reason lies in concept,system and subject.Specifically speaking,in the concept level,it is due to the idea game of the western institutional discourse subject,the idea competition of the emerging institutional discourse subject and the lack of other institutional discourse subject ideas.At the institutional level,the diversification of rights and interests demands leads to the fragmentation of the system itself,the institutional reform dilemma aggravates the delay caused by the change of rights and interests pattern,and the institutional arrangement is kidnapped by the rights and interests subject,thus presenting an exclusivity.At the main level,it is because China is still in the stage of developing country,there is insufficient institutional experience summary and outward transformation in various fields in China,and there is insufficient external investment participation in the construction of relevant regional institutions.To this,China should actively push forward the concept of institutional discourse identity in the global economic governance,the increase in global economic governance capacity supply and power system arrangement of institutional discourse in harmony between different aspects of ascension,to raise their institutional discourse into effective power in global economic governance,and to realize China's own development,and promote to build community of human destiny making more important contribution to the system in China.
