An Empirical Study On The Legal Liability Of Surveying And Mapping Law From The Perspective Of Law Enforcement

Legal liability refers to the legal consequences of a person who is due to his or her illegal act or directly due to legal provisions.The recognition and enforcement of legal responsibility is the guarantee mechanism of law enforcement,and it is the key link of the rule of law.On the base of the research on the cases for the national surveying and mapping and Shanghai Surveying and mapping law enforcement from the year 2006 to year 2014,from a law enforcement perspective,a empirical diagnosis analysis is launched on the application of the legal liability of the surveying and mapping laws and regulations,revealing the current problem of generally setting of fine,uncoordination and fragmentation of legal liability provisions,etc,so proposing the corresponding suggestions for the legislation of Surveying and mapping,and for the accumulation material foundation of the study of the legal liability system.
