The Legal Regulation,administrative Supervision And Management On Micro Business

With the development of mobile Internet technology and e-commerce,micro business,a new kind of e-commerce,has developed fast and has an effect on people's life.However,micro business brings convenience to people,at the same time,he problem of micro business itself has gradually emerged.In recent years,there have been reports frequently pointed out that the micro business has lots of problem such as being similar with illegal multi-level marketing,to much fake and shoddy goods,to much fraudulent act of business and difficult safeguarding rights etc.The reason is that the legislation of e-commerce and micro business,administrative supervision system and mechanism is not suitable.Therefore,it has become a problem in front of the national legislature and government departments to strengthening derivatives regulation and supervision.The purpose of this paper is to put forward how to perfect our country's system of micro business,strengthen the administrative supervision countermeasures and suggestions,in order to promote the development of micro business healthy and fast,through the analysis of the necessity of legal regulation and supervision,micro business in China's legislation,micro administrative supervision situation and the existing problems.The article is divided into six chapters.In the first chapter,the author puts forward the question,starting with the background of the development of micro business,systematically expounds the purpose,content and method of the research,as well as the status quo of domestic research.The second chapter defines the related concepts,including the definition and type of the micro business,and analyzes the development process and the reasons for the rise of the micro business.The third chapter from the theoretical basis and practical basis of the two aspects of the analysis of the relevant departments of the legal regulation and the need for micro business.Based on the reality,this paper also analyzes the problems and reasons of the micro industry,and lay a good foundation for the further study of the legal regulation and supervision.In the fourth chapter,the author analyzes the current problems and causes of the problems from the aspects of the legislation and administrative supervision of the micro business in.In the fifth chapter,the author puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the legislation and administrative supervision.Finally,in the sixth chapter,the author points out that the research on the micro business administrative supervision is not very deep,and it is necessary for the people of insight to further study and improve.
