Research On The Supervision System Of Internet Non-public Equity Financing

Internet non-public equity financing is an emerging Internet financing industry that has developed rapidly to solve the financing difficulties of minor enterprises.It has obvious advantages such as fast financing and low financing cost.It can quickly solve the problems of financing difficulties and high financing costs for minor enterprises,and also opens up a new way for ordinary public investment.Therefore,understanding the existing risks and problems in the industry and conducting appropriate regulatory measures can maintain the healthy development of the Internet non-public equity financing industry.This paper analyzes the problems or risks of the Internet non-public equity financing industry from the aspects of legal system,three main bodies and credit system.It draws on the regulatory experience of the United States and the United Kingdom and combining with the reality of our country to propose a feasible regulatory mechanism suitable for China.For the subject of supervision,this paper puts forward some suggestions to clarify the subject of supervision;for financiers,this paper puts forward restricting the financing quota of financiers;especially for financing platforms,suggestions were made to improve the access threshold of financing platforms,participate in insurance obligations,improve network security technologies,and clarify their accountability mechanisms;for investers,this paper puts forward some suggestions that the entry threshold should be set reasonably;at the macro level,suggestions such as respecting the market and paying equal attention to legal supervision etc are advised.The Internet non-public equity financing industry is an inevitable outcome of the "Internet +" era.The positive attitude and reasonable legal supervision mechanism should guide the sustainable and healthy development of the industry.
