Investigation Of Minor Criminal Cases

Under the circumstances that the serious criminal crimes have been controlled preliminarily and the public security situation generally stable,one of the main problems affecting people’s sense of happiness and security is the frequent occurrence of minor criminal cases.According to the practice of criminal investigation,the solution of minor criminal cases has exposed some problems,such as the emphasis on the campaign against it,the neglect of long-term construction and the weak foundation of public security work.In view of this,all over the public security organs in our country must actively carry out the content of the new system of curbing crimes proposed by the Ministry of Public Security,which demands to innovative the method and capacity of handling cases and to accelerate the process of public security informatization construction and to improve the investigation efficiency and handling level of minor criminal cases,for constructing the safe China with high quality.This article is problem-oriented,which divides into three parts.The first part is an overview of minor criminal cases,mainly in order to elicit and introduce the research object-minor criminal cases,including the concept of minor criminal cases in theory and practice and the main characteristics of minor criminal cases.The second part puts forward some problems of investigation of minor criminal cases and analyzes the causes from the internal and external perspectives.The third part gives some countermeasures of the above parts that there are three points to perfect the mechanism of minor criminal cases investigation,concerning group management,investigation method and resources integration.To be specific,the group management includes training of professional talents,the perfection of performance evaluation system and strengthening internal supervision.In the application of investigation methods,they should combine with big data technology to analyze the high-risk groups,and pay attention to the control of stolen goods in the second-hand trading market and the fast linkage of funds involved in the cases.The integration of investigation resources includes multi-level police cooperation,intelligence system of informatization and flat organization structure.In a word,this paper defines the concept of minor criminal cases from the perspective of practice and theory,extracts the main characteristics of minor criminal cases,points out problems of minor criminal cases investigation in practice and analyzes causes on the inside and outside aspects.Finally,on the basis of research results,the author puts forward the perfecting the mechanism of minor criminal cases investigation sheds light hopes to benefit the improvement of minor criminal cases investigation,to contribute to the construction of safe China,the rule of law.
