With the rapid popularization of the Internet,digital content dissemination is fast and diversified,which greatly promotes users to create digital content.It also leads to frequent infringements.Most of the existing researches restrict users' use of digital copyright through various technologies,but the infringement of digital copyright increases rather than decreases.Some scholars have realized the fragmentation of the existing studies on the process of confirmation,use and protection.The copyright system based on the copyright authority has the problems of low efficiency,high centralization risk and high cost of rights protection.It is not suitable for digital copyright protection in the network environment.The decentralization,tamper resistance,time stamping,and traceability advantages of blockchain technology provide a good solution for digital copyright protection.This paper proposes a digital copyright confirmation model based on blockchain technology,in order to achieve digital copyright protection through efficient confirmation and effective provision of rights verification.The main work of this paper includes: Firstly,it analyzes and summarizes the shortcomings of existing digital copyright protection research and the research of blockchain technology;Then it gives a detailed introduction to the blockchain technology;Then the paper proposes a model of the right confirmation,and the model is divided into four steps: node initialization,generation of registration data,consensus registration data,and storage registration data.The process of each step of the model is elaborated.By designing a registration contract based on smart contract and deploying it into the model,digital copyright information is transformed into a data structure in the model.At the same time,since the effectiveness of the model depends on the consensus efficiency of the consensus algorithm,this paper analyzes the mainstream consensus algorithm,focuses on selecting and optimizing the PBFT consensus algorithm to make it more compatible with the digital copyright confirmation scenario;Finally,it is the realization of the model in this paper.By building a blockchain network,the implementation details of the model are elaborated according to the four-step process of the model.And the experimental comparison between the proposed consensus algorithm and the original PBFT consensus algorithm is made.The conclusion of this paper is as follows:1.In the case that the malicious node doesn't exceed the fault tolerance rate,the digital copyright information data in this model can't be tampered.Thereby solving the centralization risk problem of the third-party digital copyright service system.2.This model can achieve second-level digital copyright registration efficiency.So as to solve the problem that the third-party digital copyright service system is inefficient and cannot meet the high-frequency registration requirements of digital copyright in the network environment.3.This model provides instant access to authoritative registration timestamps.Therefore,it solves the problem of high cost and low efficiency of rights maintenance brought by the third-party assurance system.Based on the above conclusions,the model can achieve secure and efficient digital copyright confirmation,thus better serving digital copyright protection.The research of this paper mainly has two innovations:1.From the perspective of registration,a decentralized digital copyright confirmation model based on blockchain technology is proposed.The model is divided into four steps: node initialization,generation of registration data,consensus registration data,and storage registration data,and design a registration contract based on smart contract and an optimized consensus algorithm.2.Combined digital rights confirmation scenario,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of mainstream consensus algorithms and optimize existing PBFT consensus algorithms.According to the digital copyright registration scenario,the three-stage negotiation of the PBFT consensus algorithm was changed to two-phase negotiation;The master node and slave node of PBFT consensus algorithm were optimized to verify the data respectively;Optimizing the view switching protocol of the PBFT consensus algorithm to trigger the view switching protocol based on different situations,thereby further improving the efficiency of right confirmation.
