Generally speaking,digital rights management technology is a new digital copyright protection technology which combines encryption technology,digital identification technology,identity authentication technology,digital watermarking technology and electronic trading technology.However,the current digital copyright protection technology is not very suitable for the current P2 P network environment and mobile environment of copyright protection.Since the birth of blockchain technology,a series of features of blockchain technology have been widely concerned and recognized by the society,and brought greater development space and opportunities for the protection of digital copyright.Over the years,the oil and gas industry has accumulated a lot of knowledge and achievement data in oil and gas exploration and development.However,in the current situation of serious infringement of network digital copyright,in order to strengthen the digital copyright protection of oil and gas knowledge achievement data in the oil and gas industry,this thesis aims to apply blockchain technology to the digital copyright protection of knowledge achievement data in the oil and gas industry.However,the traditional digital copyright protection technology has many disadvantages,such as the third-party application server is more vulnerable to illegal attacks,the related information is not transparent and is not friendly to users and so on.Therefore,the main work of this thesis is as follows:1.This thesis proposes a digital copyright protection scheme for oil and gas knowledge achievements based on blockchain.In this scheme,a system model is constructed by using a variety of technologies and methods.According to the characteristics of complex types and scattered distribution of oil and gas knowledge data,the metadata structure model of oil and gas knowledge data is constructed based on the scheme system model.In order to more conveniently to store the copyright information of oil and gas knowledge achievement data in the blockchain ledger,a block data structure model was constructed based on the relevant characteristics of the alliance chain block structure.At the same time,the scheme also realizes the design of algorithm structure and application functions in the key technology,Based on the security,performance,and system scheme comparison,the scheme is analyzed and compared in detail.2.Based on the blockchain-based digital copyright protection scheme for oil and gas knowledge achievements,the system has performed a needs analysis and development design,and has completed the establishment of the system development environment and the system deployment.At the same time,the functional modules of the digital copyright protection system for oil and gas knowledge achievements based on blockchain are developed by using Hyperledger Fabric,IPFS,Node.js and national secret algorithm.The performance of the system's throughput was tested at a later stage.Test results show that the system has a high throughput rate and can handle multi-user transaction requests.Moreover,the system is easy to deploy and easy to expand,and which can provide users with application functions such as digital copyright registration,confirmation,copyright information query and data sharing of oil and gas knowledge achievement data.
