Research On The Improvement Of Tax Law Enforcement Risk Management System In Shenyang

In recent years,with the deepening of tax administration according to law,Shenyang TaxBureau has done a lot of work in strengthening the awareness of the rule of law,improved the management mechanism,enhanced the supervision and restriction,and builded a sound system and norms,the purpose is to strengthen the awareness of the rule of law of tax workers,in the practice process has achieved a lot of results.However,according to the investigation,Shenyang Tax Bureau has not strictly controlled and prevented the law enforcement risks,and its regulatory framework is not perfect,and its theoretical research is relatively backward.Therefore,it is difficult to provide corresponding guidance for practical activities,which leads to the unsatisfactory effect of practical work.This paper attempts to integrate the theoretical knowledge of risk management of enterprises into the work of tax collection and management law enforcement.Firstly,the concept of law enforcement risk management is defined,and the case study method and social investigation method are used to analyze the law enforcement risk management status in the process of tax collection and management in Shenyang at the present stage.Then,by using comparative analysis method and theoretical research method,this paper puts forward the theoretical basis and practical basis of the corresponding scheme design of tax law enforcement risk,and discusses and designs the optimization scheme of tax law enforcement risk management.Finally,Suggestions are put forward from the four aspects of perfecting tax law enforcement laws and regulations,optimizing tax law enforcement supervision system,perfecting the construction of tax law enforcement team and forming effective mechanism to build a method system of tax law enforcement risk management suitable for Shenyang Tax Bureau,so as to prevent and reduce law enforcement risks.
