Xi Jinping's Important Exposition On The Construction Of Political Leadership Of Leading Cadres Of Party Members

Since human beings entered the class society,moral problems in the political field began to receive extensive attention.Political morality,popularly speaking,is the morality that a politician must adhere to.Morality is the soul of an official,the foundation of a country and the lifeblood of a political party.Political morality,as an indicator of social morality,has a direct impact on the style of the party,government and society.It is closely related to the trend of the people and the spiritual pattern of the whole nation.It is the catalyst for social development and progress and determines the rise and fall of the nation.Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),the CPC central committee with Xi Jinping as the core leadership has adhered to strengthening the construction of political and moral integrity of CPC party members,stressing that party members and cadres should first cultivate their morality and morality,with the determination to cure poison by scraping the bones and the wisdom to correct the tendency of corruption,and the party's political ecology has made breakthrough progress.Xi Jinping's discourse on political and moral construction of CPC members and cadres was formed and developed on the basis of the theory of inheriting marxism and China's excellent traditional culture as well as the political and moral construction at the core of the CPC leadership of all previous years.The specific content is discussed from four aspects: first,it analyzes the forming conditions of Xi Jinping's discourse on political and moral construction of CPC cadres.This paper analyzes the theoretical origin and realistic background of Xi Jinping's discussion on the political and moral construction of CPC cadres.Second,it studies the basic connotation of Xi Jinping's discourse on political and moral construction of CPC cadres.This paper discusses from three levels,namely,Ming dynasty's great virtue,keeping public virtue and strict private virtue.Third,combined with the reality of socialism with Chinese characteristics,Xi Jinping explored the practical ways of political and moral construction of CPC members and cadres.This paper probes into three levels of strengthening party cadres' ideological and moral construction,system construction and individual moral cultivation.Fourth,it interprets the significance of Xi Jinping's discourse on political and moral construction of CPC cadres.The theoretical significance is that it provides theoretical guidance for party building,an important embodiment of socialist core values and a strong moral support for the realization of the Chinese dream.The practical significance is that it has consolidated the ruling status of the party and improved the ruling ability of the party,which is conducive to creating a "green water and green mountains" political ecology,thus leading the whole society to form a good moral fashion.This paper mainly USES literature research method and systematic analysis method to analyze and sort out Xi Jinping's discourse on political and moral construction of CPC cadres.At the same time,by drawing on and absorbing the views of other scholars on Xi Jinping's discourse on political and moral construction of CPC cadres,we strive to fully grasp the spiritual essence and ideological core of Xi Jinping's discourse on political and moral construction of CPC cadres.
