False accusations have endured since ancient times.False accusations first appeared the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period.During the song dynasty,the number of false accusations was the highest.In Chinese traditional society,false accusation is a common phenomenon.The selfishness of human nature and the combination of its social environment lead to false accusations.Now,the government severely punishes behavior that harms the country and society,especially since the eighteenth big corruption governance is in full swing,anti-corruption measures are gradually on the right track,thus "report" means such as "anonymous" has also become the main way to expose this behavior.However,some people are "malicious".For the purpose of ulterior motives,mercilessly attacking others and harassing others and carrying out false accusations have caused adverse effects.False accusations are the main means of Posting anonymous report letters and Posting online,and fabricating falsehoods to expose others to disciplinary actions or even criminal investigation.The false accusation not only harms to the accused in life and the mentality,but also misleads anti-corruption and wastes the administrative resources.The occurrence of false accusation also reflects the imbalance of political ecology in the party to a certain extent,which said to be a kind of disguised corruption.In this paper,the object of study is false accusation.This paper explains the specific contents of false accusation from the perspective of administration by collating the collected literature and materials.The key characteristics and main types of false accusation behavior is summarized by using multiple case study methods.This paper analyzes the false accusation behavior by using the constitution elements of political ecology,attribution theory and cost-benefit theory.This paper explains the behavior logic of false accusation from the inner motive of actors and the external environment,and discusses the interaction between political ecology and false accusation.The imbalance of political ecology provides the nourishing soil for the creation of false accusation,and the emergence of false accusation leads to the further deterioration of the political ecology,which closely related to each other.This paper analyzes the current situation of the current management of false accusation,and the effective governance of false accusation needs to be carried out from the macro political ecology and the micro behavior,to put forward the corresponding improvement measures.Article aims to make the researchers realized that malicious prosecution action mechanism and the influence of harm,to implement deep going research provides basic data,and then to purify the party and political ecology,standardize the render party political life.
